Delivery
We use Evri and other couriers to deliver your Leifheit purchases. Please see below for estimated timescales and for delivery charges.
Products displaying In Stock are held in our warehouse and will usually be dispatched the same day, or next business day depending on the time your order is placed (see Next Day Delivery below for further information).
All larger products for example, ironing boards and airers are all sent out using next day delivery via DX. Rotary Dryers all all despatched using Express Delivery 48 Large (2 working days) via Parcelforce.
UK Standard Delivery
Your order should arrive within 3 business days once it has been dispatched. If your orders has not arrived within 2 weeks please contact us at leifhiet@homespares.co.uk
Express Delivery
Items which show availability as In Stock can be ordered for Express delivery and will be dispatched before the cut-off time (see below) which will usually arrive Next Working Day. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 Next Working Day delivery cannot be guaranteed. The cut-off time for Express Delivery will be displayed at the basket. The cut-off time is usually 3pm, however for some items the cut-off time may be earlier. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the second working day after you place your order. UK Express Delivery is charged from £7.95 per order. Please select ‘Express delivery’ option during checkout.
Express Delivery Exclusions
Express Delivery is only available to certain UK destinations. Our delivery partners are unable to offer a next day service to the following postcodes. If Express delivery is selected to the following postcodes your order will usually be with you in 2 working days.

Returns
We hope you love what you buy from Leifheit and you have no problems with your purchase. However, sometimes things do go wrong or if you do change your mind then this is our returns policy.
You have 30 days to return something.
Who pays for return postage costs
If the item was not as described, doesn’t work or damaged then we will pay the return purchase costs. We will provide a return postage address and additional return postage information to you.
If you change your mind about a purchase and want to return it, then you're responsible for return postage charges and making sure that we actually receive it. We cannot be held responsible for returns we don’t receive.
How to return an item
Contact us via leifheit@homespares.co.uk to let us us know your name, what you would like to return, a reason for returning and the invoice number for the item(s) you would like to return.
We will issue you with a returns number.
Guidelines for how to return an unwanted item
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received. All items must be intact
Item(s) should be returned with original unopened product packaging: boxes, UPCs, bags or any items used to wrap and protect the item
Must include all items that were included in the original package, such as cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty cards, rebate cards, gifts or bonus items.
Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included.
You will be liable for loss in value of the item if it's returned in a different condition, or if the item is not packaged securely to prevent damage in shipment.
In the event that an item is not returned to Leifheit in the same condition a deduction of 20% handling and repackaging charge will be applied.
